The minimum repair charge is £85 + VAT which covers inspection of your unit and up to 1 hours repair labour, once inspected we will issue a full repair estimate to advise any further labour costs and the price of any parts required. Note if a failed repair/liquid damage is found then the charge is excluding first hour labour. This is paid at time of booking below.

How much do you charge for repairs?

When will I receive the inspection report?
We aim to contact you with the inspection report within 10-14 working days. At this point no repairs will have been carried out and no parts ordered.
How long do repairs take?
Once you have confirmed you wish to proceed with a repair, the timescale will vary depending on a number of factors which can include; current workload, amount of items waiting in repair queue, availability of parts.
Can I call the Service Department?
No. When there is news they will contact you.
Can I bring my unit to you for repair on the same day?
We manage our repairs using a queuing system so therefore we cannot repair units on the spot.
Can you repair damage caused by spilled drinks?
We would need to investigate the damage caused by the drink spill and work out a quotation to ascertain whether the unit is economically viable to repair or not, in this case we would need to charge a £85 + vat investigation fee.
I tried fixing the unit myself without success, can you repair it?
