How it works

We’re always improving and streamlining our repair and servicing process.

  1. Contact us
    Account customers can reach out to us either by email or online form, giving us as much details as possible.
  2. Drop off or on site collection.
    Either drop off the items, or arrange for an engineer to site visit .
  3. Service inspection
    We’ll check over your item(s) and report back with the parts required and labour cost to bring it back to manufacturers specification.
  4. Repair and bench test
    Once the repair is confirmed, our in house engineers will carry out the repairs, bench test the item to ensure 100% operation and arrange for the collection / drop off of the equipment.

We offer Service call outs

Can’t bring in the faulty equipment, we will send the engineer to you! We already deal with service contracts all over Scotland from the Highlands to the border

Preventative Maintenance on site callouts are available for customers with fixed installations.
