Exhibition and poster boards for events
Whether you need a single display panel or more than 200 boards for a large event, Pegasus Sound & Light offers flexible rental from our Edinburgh-based stock, with no minimum quantity.
Our modular panel-and-pole system can be arranged to suit your venue and layout. Boards can be set up in portrait or landscape orientation and linked together to create larger display areas.
We supply display board solutions across Edinburgh and Scotland for exhibitions, conferences, public-sector organisations and other events. Same-day delivery may be available for last-minute requirements, subject to stock and scheduling.
Display board sizes
Our standard boards are available in two sizes:
- 900 × 1200 mm
- 900 × 1800 mm
Boards can be used in portrait or landscape orientation, or linked to create larger panel sections. All boards are double-sided.
Board colours
Blue and black fabric finishes are available as standard. White board options are also available for use with marker pens.
Accessories and fixings
Board lighting, power extension leads and Velcro dots can be supplied on request. The panels use loop nylon fabric, so please do not use Blu Tack, pins, tape, staples or other fixings that may damage the finish.
