We supply panel and pole display boards — a versatile system suitable for exhibitions, poster presentations, and consultation events. Two standard board sizes are available for hire:
- A0 Display Board: 900mm (W) × 1200mm (H)
- Large Display Board: 900mm (W) × 1800mm (H)
Both boards can be used portrait (taller than wide) or landscape (wider than tall), depending on your poster layout and event needs. The panels are covered in loop nylon fabric suitable for Velcro attachments.

Portrait or Landscape? — How to Choose
Display boards can be set portrait or landscape depending on your content. Here’s how to decide:
- Portrait boards (900mm wide × taller height)
Ideal for stacking posters vertically, such as research papers or public consultation materials. Best for text-heavy or sequential displays. - Landscape boards (900mm high × wider width)
Works well for placing posters side by side. Suitable for image-led displays, wide-format graphics, or photo exhibitions.
Tip: Sketch your poster layout before printing to choose the best orientation.
How to Attach Posters to Display Boards
Only Velcro dots (hook side) may be used to mount posters to our display boards. We do not allow Blu Tack, Sellotape, glue, pins, staples, or any other fixings that could damage the panels.
- Extra Velcro dots are available on request with your hire.
- Please do not use any alternative adhesives or fixings
- Boards are covered in loop nylon fabric designed specifically for Velcro
For neat and professional results:
- Align posters carefully and use a spirit level if needed
- Start from the centre and work outwards to maintain balance
- Leave a small border around each poster for a clean finish
Tip: Plan your layout in advance and apply Velcro dots evenly on the back of each poster for best adhesion.

Do I need to specify portrait or landscape setup when hiring?
Yes- he boards can be set either way. Just let us know your preference 24hrs before the day of hire. If no preference is given, boards are setup portrait.
Can I attach foamboard prints or laminated posters?
Yes — as long as they are lightweight and can be fixed with Velcro. Heavier materials may require extra support.
Do you supply Velcro tabs?
Yes — Velcro tabs can be supplied with your hire. Just request them when booking.
