HDMI 4k Distribution installers
HD is great, UHD is even better! But unfortunately a standard HDMI lead has limitations. An HDMI cable will still be effective at up to 20m, after which the signal may become intermittent. Previously this used to be a pain for audio visual installers.
However there’s a solution. A range of HDMI distribution systems capable of running 4k signals at lengths of up to 100m are finally available for Audio visual installation.
While fibre optic solutions are expensive, Cat6 network distribution is significantly cheaper solution. You can run a single signal source as well as have access to multiple sources on all your HD television monitors.
TV’s can then select separate sources by remote,or simultaneously watch the same source.
