How Our Hire Process Works
Hiring equipment from Pegasus Sound and Light is straightforward. Whether you’re organising a corporate event, wedding, or private function, our process is designed to be quick, transparent, and easy to follow.

Stage 1
Submit a Hire Request
Start by completing our online hire enquiry form. Tell us what equipment you need, along with your event details and dates.
If we need any additional information to provide an accurate quote, we will contact you by email.
Stage 2
Receive Your Quotation
Once we have everything we need, we will send you a detailed quotation by email.
This will include:
Equipment list
Hire period
Pricing
Any relevant notes or recommendations
Stage 3
Confirm Your Booking
If you’re happy with the quotation, simply confirm by replying to the email.
At this stage, we will begin preparing your booking.
Stage 4
Invoice & Payment
After confirmation, you will receive an invoice via email, which includes a secure payment link.
Payment can be completed online quickly and safely.
Stage 5
Booking Confirmation
Once payment has been received, your booking is confirmed, subject to equipment availability.
We recommend confirming as early as possible to secure your required items, especially during busy periods.
Stage 6
Collection & Return (Dry Hire)
For dry hire bookings, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
- Your booking reference
- A link to schedule your collection and return appointments
This allows you to choose times for both pickup and drop-off.
