Do Hires include Delivery, Setup and collection?
No. all prices shown are ‘dry-hire’ prices. Equipment only and does not include transport or set-up.
What is a dry Hire?
Unless stated. All Hire items on our site are quoted as Dry Hire. This means they are excluding any Delivery, Setup or collection. When Dry hiring you collect, operate and return the items yourself. Delivery, setup, operation and collection of equipment can be arranged at an extra cost. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
What are the rates displayed?
All prices unless stated are Daily rates.\
When can we collect hires?
The daily hire cycle is from 2pm on the day of hire, until the next working day before 12noon.
When can we return hires?
The next working day before 12noon.
Can I collect and return at other times?
Yes but please note this will affect the hire price.
My Events on a Sunday?
In the enquiry form select Saturday – Monday. Please not DRY Hire this is not an option, but for hires we are delivering,setting up and manning it is available at an additional cost
What ID do I require?
Please note this is a Strict ID requirement.

Is the Equipment covered by Public Liability Insurance?
If the hire is a ‘DRY HIRE’ whereby you collect, set-up and return the equipment, then NO. The Hirer undertakes full responsibility for Public Liability issues. If the hire is a ‘WET HIRE’ whereby our drivers deliver, set-up and collect the hire equipment, then YES. The hire is covered by our Public Liability Insurance. Certificate available upon request should your venue need a copy.
Do you offer Weekly/Monthly rates Discount?
Our standard discount for a weekly rate is 3x the Daily rate. So if you Hire for a week you only pay 3days. For Monthly Rate you only pay 3x the Weekly rate. This is over a 50% Discount.
Can I rent on the same day?
If equipment is available, you can book the day. Advanced booking is advised to ensure the equipment you require is reserved.
Do Hires include insurance?
No. Whilst the equipment is in your possession, you are responsible for looking after and insuring the equipment. It is solely the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that they have the correct insurance cover for all equipment hired.
Is the equipment P.A.T Tested?
All our Hire Equipment is P.A.T Tested Regularly.
Can I cancel my hire?
While you have no 14day cooling off period, we do have a period in which you can cancel without charge. The closer to they day of the hire the greater the charge. Please see our cancellation policy page for a guide.
It’s for Charity can I have discount.
One off hires are not eligible for discounts. We work closely with many Charities and offer discounts based on long standing relationships. If you have an RCN and wish to discuss how we can work together. please contact us.
